NEC SL2100
The latest NEC offering for small business phone systems is the NEC SL2100 telephone system, with standard inclusions of many features found in corporate phone systems it offers smart communications for your business at an affordable price.
The NEC SL2100 can be configured for the following
- 8x Digital Telephone handsets (Up to 24 with expansions)
- 4x Sip/VoIP lines (more with software licensing)
- 2x Analogue devices (cordless phones, Tone ringers)
- 2 hours of recording on voicemail
- Auto Attendant with nested menus and Announcements
- Incoming call Auto answer and Queue
- One touch, 60 minute call recording
- voicemail forwarded to email
- Music on Hold via Internal memory or external source. can use both for up to 2 businesses
The Sl2100 is fully NBN compatible and NOT cloud based.
NEC SV9100
The Larger capacity NEC SV9100 has all the same base capabilities as the NEC SL2100. Should you need more hardware than the SL2100 can support the SV9100 is the next step up.
NEC IP Phones
The NEC SL2100 and SV9100 are capable of running VoIP based desk phones that offer identical functionality to the NEC deskphones
These handsets can be taken away from the office and connected on most internet connections to establish a remote office.
These handsets do not occupy physical capacity on the phone system either allowing you to extend past the hardware limitations

Call Recording
One of the NEC SL2100 telephone system's best features is call recording. How often has you or one of your staff been on the phone and once the conversation has finished realised that you've forgotten an important piece of information or taken down a phone number incorrectly? Call recording once programmed on the SL2100 phone system can be started on a phone call at any time with the press of a key. Once the call has ended, the recording is automatically sent to a specified email and can be opened and reviewed again and again.
Call recording can be used in many applications, information laden conversations can be saved and listened to for further clarity. No longer worry about taking down incorrect information during a phone call, checking the saved conversation allows you to confirm you have the right details. Customer complaints or irate customers can be recorded and evaluated. You are only limited by your imagination as to the many ways call recording may help to streamline your communications and business. We don't recommend using call recording for legal issues and you should check with the relevant authorities regarding what you can legally do with your recordings.
Older NEC PHONE SYSTEMS
NEC SV8100 PHONE SYSTEM
The NEC SV8100 is the previoous generation of hardware to the NEC SV9100, new hardware is no longer available but secondary sourced hardware is.
Licensing is not available anymore so some advanced features can no longer be configured unless that unit already had them. such as VoIP and Voicemail
If you have an existing SV8100 and require maintenance, we can assist.
NEC SV8100se PHONE SYSTEM
Functionally identical to the SV8100, this system simply sacrificed some capacity.
If you have one of these and it needs maintenance, we can assist with this.
NEC SL1100 PHONE SYSTEM
The NEC SL1100 is the previous generation of hardware to the NEC SL2100, New hardware and licenses can no longer be obtained but if you require maintenance or modification to your existing setup we should be able to assist with that.
A popular system with a certain well known Telco's retail chain has ensured there are many spares for this system.
NEC Topaz PHONE SYSTEM
The NEC Topaz predates the superceded NEC SL1100, features were much more sparse compared to it's younger replacements. due to a strange hardware decision wiring for this system was made more difficult making it less popular with installers while lightning proved to be somewhat attracted to these powersupplies.
For these reasons, not many of these survive, should you have an NEC Topaz you need maintained we can assist. if you'd like to upgrade we can help with that too
