Full, Bi-colour led busy display, even on the VoIP stations
After decades of key systems Australian's are moving onto IP systems. But one feature they didn't realise they would miss was busy lamps. Having such a simple device as an LED tell you so much in a glance made using a phone system so much easier. The G1e+ has IP phones and STILL has led indication, in fact the ip38 extensions are identical in styling to the digital DK6. You can use the IP38 handsets offsite with as much confidence as a digital handset onsite.
Built in attendant, while DOT charges $10 a month to distribute your calls, it's a free feature on any hybrex G1e+. there are three kinds of attendant, one that will answer calls and put them onto hold without disturbing the incoming ring signal, freeing up the staff that answer calls to handle each one without juggling the lines.
You can also use the menu driven attendant to have your customers select exactly who they wish to contact. Finally you can simply play a greeting that disconnects the call upon completion. A feature many medical centres need for their afterhours greetings.
Music on Hold
The G1e+ supports multiple Music inputs via analogue station ports and a dedicated 3.5mm audio jack. The Hybrex g1e+ also supports a separate background music source allowing you to play music through your handset (or headset if equipped) while customers hear a company greeting on hold.
Offsite Transfers
The Hybrex G1e+ can easily transfer calls offsite either automatically or manually, it's as simple as call forwarding or transfering to another extension onsite. There is some programming to make offsite forwarding work correctly and if this is a feature you require definitely talk to the office about it as there are factors beyond the phone system to consider as well.
