Hotels and Motels need the volume and flexibility of a GDS from Hybrex. Each cabinet will allow upto 80 connections these connections include phones and phone lines.
The Hybrex GDS Phone System is very flexible in it's loadout. if a site needs as few as 4 digital handsets and over 100 analogue devices for rooms it's more than capable of exactly that. the feature access built into the system is extremely flexible offering a high degree of customisation. should you require single digit internal calling as well as arbitrary room number length the GDS is capable of both.
As an example you can have a list on each handset suggesting dial 1 for reception, dial 11 for room eleven and to dial 111 for maintenence. the system is flexible enough to support this functionality where most phone systems would restrict this in more than one way
The Hybrex GDS Phone system offers specific hotel functionality built right into it. the system itself can operate as the billing system for the rooms as well as intergrating into numerous existing Serial and LAN controlled hotel management softwares.
The built in call accounting features allow for pricing structures based on what number has been dialled and the costs can be adjusted from the web browser interface
The web browser interface can also be used to form bills for customers

Flexibility
The ability to redefine almost any function as a dialled number and for those numbers to be anything between 1 and 8 characters long makes the Hybrex GDS supremely flexible. the system can even handle extension numbers that begin with 0 or 9, a very rare feature.
Capacity
The Hybrex GDS is available in G1e+ cabinets or in 80 port cabinets, up to 8 of these cabinets can be linked for a massive 640 ports. if that is insufficient a 1280 port system is available.
Cost
By utilising analogue devices in each Room the costs can be kept relatively low, patron's do not need the busy lamps or line appearances and these would simply bother people trying to sleep. the ability to map functions to simple numbers means basic phones can be made much more flexible.
